Fun fact for today: Butterflies can taste with their feet…I’m totally imagining if people did that–can you imagine, walking down the street barefoot? Gross. And what about eating dinner at the table?

I think I’m glad that human feet are meant for walking, standing on, running, jumping and dancing. We can dance in God’s presence out of joy as it says

So let the music begin; praise His name—dance and sing
    to the rhythm of the tambourine, and to the tune of the harp.
⁴ For the Eternal is listening, and nothing pleases Him more than His people;

Psalm 149:3-4

So today, don’t worry about if you can dance or not, that isn’t the point. It’s coming to God with joy and praise in some way.

Dear Lord, Praise your Holy name! Let the earth rejoice. Hear me today Lord, listen to me–Praise You. Amen.
